The Southern Technical University was established in mid-August 2014 and is affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Its headquarters are located in Basra Governorate. This establishment comes in response to the growing demand for technical scientific expansion in southern Iraq, making it an important addition to other technical and academic universities across our beloved country
